What we look for

It's genuinely open source (has a public repository and a recognized license).
It's actively maintained — recent commits, not abandoned.
It's useful to developers, ideally as an alternative to a commercial tool or self-hostable.

Submitting doesn't guarantee inclusion. We review each submission by hand.
